Just came back from a 3 weeks road trip,
1) Wapakoneta Ohio, Neil Amstrong Aeronautical museum
2) Dayton Ohio, USA National museum of the US Air Force
3) Sevierville Tennessee, River Plantation RV Resort
4) Montgomery Alabama, The Woods RV park and campground
5) Destin Florida, Camp Gulf
6) Pensacola Florida, Nationa Naval Aviation Museum
7) Nashville Tennesse, Yogi Bear campground
8) Effingham Illinois, Camp Lakewoods campground
All the campgrounds and places we visited were great, lots of fun. Truck and FW did great no issues at all Even my DW drove today

The most important thing is that you had a great time. Second most important is how many tax dollars you left in Tennessee. We appreciate every one of them. And I'm also glad we lived up to your expectations!

I left more money than what I wanted to, not only in Tennessee but everywhere we went. Now work hard to pay . Not complaining because it was worth every dollar.

Those aviation museums at W-P and Sherman Field are two of my favorites.

How did you like River Plantation RV Resort?
Thinking about staying there.

Not trying to hijack the thread just wanted to identify another option. We stayed at Anchor Down in Dandridge about 15 minutes away and loved it. It gives you the opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
