Camping World - Lubbock, TX - Thanks!

I've read lots and lots of negative posts on this forum and others about various dealerships. I've made some posts in the past referring to CW and particularly my dealer in Lubbock. I've always had good luck, even when trying to deal with Keystone or one of the other manufacturers of appliances in the RV.

Yesterday, we began our trip to FL from TX to attend our granddaughters graduation. 50 miles out of town a Chinese made Trailer King disintegrated and tore up the underside of the RV. I put on the spare and headed back home.

In route I called CW and told them the situation; no hassle, no hem hawing; just a word to tell me how sorry they were for the situation and when could I bring it in.....like the next morning (today)!! We couldn't do that because we needed to empty the fridge and freezer and remove some stuff. No problem on their end; just bring it in first thing tomorrow (Wed) and they would get on it, coordinate with the insurance folks and repair it right away if they had the parts so we could get on the road.

As I said, I've read lots of negatives about dealers and dealership relationships but just had to post this kudo for them. Lots of us like to get after someone when things don't go right but sometimes don't take the time to point out when they do the right thing. These guys did and I appreciate their efforts to take care of me.

Always good to hear when a dealership does good for the customer. Too often we are quick to complain but long to post positives.
