How to use E-Z Breeze

Hello we have an EZ Breeze fan in the bathroom of our Sandpiper. Anyone have directions on how it operates. I know it is a switch controlled fan. I see that it has a rain cover so it doesn't open and close per-say. I see the handle has three settings. I think it was closed, vent, open. How do you use yours. Mine is about 8.5 feet up and requires a step stool to change the setting.

Thanks for any advice

This is the link to the manual for the fan. http://manuals.dometic.com/download.php?file=1913
Maybe you can make a short pole with something on the end that can turn the knob without having to get a ladder to reach it, something with two short rods or even screws that can turn the knob.

Thanks. Makes more sense now. I thought it was three position and that vent was one of them. Not just a label to tell me what the handle controls.
