The Coug is home

Saturday was cougar day. After 3 agonizing months the mountain passes finally allowed us to bring our Cougar 24RKSWE home from Penticton BC. My 06 half ton hemi was well up to the task. It had to work hard climbing the mountains but had no trouble anywhere else. The mountains up here are long steep climbs. Can't wait to get her out now.

And enjoy the new Cougar. I hope the weather gets nice for you so you can use it and not just look at it. Around here our never ending winter just wont go away. Our forcast is for another 8 inches of snow Thursday night

That's great finally getting your trailer home isn't it? We just dragged ours home, over the mountains from Hope to Princeton and then on through Penticton and north last week. The roads were good (and hilly and steep) but my Tow/Haul was on the fritz so braking wasn't so much fun. We are also anxiously awaiting some summer camping. Have a great camping season.

Love it! Head straight for it every day when I get home. Some cosmetic issues make me wonder what they were thinking but whatever. (You should never see particle board when you are sitting on the couch)It's a beauty though. I may be too fussy. It was only 8 degrees C when I pulled through the mountains so well see how she does when it is 35.
