Dangling wire to nowhere refer unit

Opened up the exterior fridge vent the propane line was rubbing on it also am putting on screen to keep bugs out found this mysterious wire does any one know what it is should I care? Any help appreciated thanks

Can’t tell you what the wire is for but I can tell you that refer manufacturer’s are denying warranty claims if there is evidence of screens used. Cuts down airflow by as much as 30%.

They do recommend using cheap flea collars cut up.

Ok good to know I was planning on installing a computer fan and the arp controller still checking it out though
