Angry Found Wood Rot already

Well my investment is already falling apart. Was camping over the weekend and for some reason was under the whole where the water hose and cable lines go into the water compartment. Wood didn't have a knock to it. So I checked it and found the wood floor is rotted and it extends over into the storage compartment in one direction and under the water heater in the other. The rot seems to run from the outside edge of the camper in about 6-8 inches. I am thinking the plastic pan in the bottom may not be sealed where the screws go through the bottom of it and over the last couple of years the small amounts of water when connecting and disconnecting have taken its toll.. Has anyone already dealt was this? Is it an easy repair? 2016 Fuzion 371.....
