New to RV'ing

We just made a deal on a 2006 Keystone Cougar 2455. Our TV is a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab long bed with gooseneck hitch. My husband has me researching which adapter to buy. I'm comparing Andersen Ultimate Adapter AM3225 to a Pop Up Straight 5th Wheel Adapter. Any ideas, comments would be appreciated!!

If you already have a gooseneck ball, I would get this one:

The advantages compared to conventional hitches are obvious.
