I had the same problem. A 2010 290bh bought new in spring of 2011. We found it after our first or second trip, contacted dealer they looked at it and advised the have it fixed at the end of the season. it was fixed under warranty in August that year and had a few trips after that and have made several his year. So far so good. The dealer said it was a crack the was not fixed correct at the factory, they found where they had patched the spot but it was a poor repair. They took it to an autobody shop to fix the fiberglass. it was fixed and we have not had any other issues with it. I think the repairs ran about $2500 paid for by keystone.
