Cougar 280rls Light Switches in Hallway

There are 2 light switches in the hallway, one switch is for the lights over the kitchen island. The second does nothing, should it?

If the ceiling lights are turned off on the fixture itself the switch will appear to do nothing. Experiment with switch in both positions and see what ceiling lights work. I think every model has one mystery switch to drive us crazy. (for me it is just a short walk)

Ours has the same two switches. One for the pendent lights and the other operates the blue LED eyebrows on the front of the trailer. I'm still not sure why they are there to begin with.

We use them as outside night lights when we plan on getting in after dark at the campground. They are less intrusive than the big round outside light on the side of the trailer, not to mention they look pretty cool.
