Just curious what others pay for an fully enclosed storage unit? I'm currently paying about $260 a month which is the cheapest I've found near me but it's about 15 miles away. Storage facility has propane, dump stations, and hose for washing. Luckily, I can fit it in my driveway so we just go pick it up a night or two before we leave for a trip. I hate paying the storage fee but would never let it set outside either.

Neighbor across from me built a huge garage for his Class C. Garage has two slots but he puts his boat on one side. I was hoping he'd rent one side out to me initially until he told me he had a boat for the other side. I talked to him about the cost to build but then figured it would take a long time before I broke even. I think he said at least ten years for him. I'm on a 1/2 acre lot but there's been at least two other neighbors that have built their own garage for their RV.
