No Manual for 2014 Cougar 324rlb ?

Hello Everyone,

I was told by CW our 2014 Cougar 324rlb did not come with a manual. Does anyone know if this is correct ? We were given manuals for the fridge, furnace, hot water heater, etc but not one that was specific to our make and model unit.
This is only our second RV and the previous one had one.

Keystone does not produce any model specific owner's manuals. The only manuals available are the generic Keystone manual and the manuals provided by the specific component manufacturers. You've said you have manuals for your appliances, axles, and other components.

If you don't have the Keystone manual, you can download it here:

The latest version available online is the top link, dated 4/1/14.

Good Luck with your new RV and welcome to RV ownership.

Keystone does not publish model or brand specific manuals. Only generic manuals are included with their trailers.

In my opinion, the manual is worthless. They are generic and not even close to model specific. I found that the best way I have learned about my rigs has been on forums such as this or Google, you-tube, etc.
