You'll have to be quite a bit more specific than this before we can give you much help with your leaking problem. Give us some more information ---- where on the slide is it leaking? Is this a recent problem or has it been going on for some time? What efforts have you undertaken? etc ????

I have the same problem. Been leaking since I bought it no matter what I seal up. It gets the carpet wet on the left side under and alongside the bed. I put sealer on the outside where the lower side panel overlaps the sidewall where it has the best chance of infiltration. I'll keep at it and hopeful that I find it before the bedroom floor rots away. Don't think it's coming in from the roof although I worked on that too.

If there is a window in the slide, be sure to check the seal between the flange and the wall surface. We were almost crazy last winter trying to find the leak in our large slide, sealed a few spots on the roof, had a mobile tech come out and look it over and he put more caulking on the roof of the slide. Finally, I got to looking even closer at the window, and discovered there was an almost microscopic gap between the sealant and the wall. I took a dull knife and cut back the sealant that was protruding from the flange, cleaned all around with solvent and applied silicone caulk. That stopped the leak. The water was coming into the space between the inner and outer wall and seeping out to the carpet at the bottom of the wall. There was never any water running down the inside wall.

We own a 2013 Cougar 331MKS. We had a similar problem with a leak above the dining table. After taking it back to the dealer, they discovered that the seal on the outside of that slide had not been installed. We love our 5th wheel, but I must say that quality control is not given high priority by Keystone.

Ours leaked badly once. Turned out the speaker cover had popped off to the top of the slider so when we opened it, it held the rubber seal open and let the rain run in. The bed caught almost all of it. Now I check speaker covers to be sure I see all of them.

Keep after it as if it leaks while parked and the slide is out it has to be water running down from the roof or off the slide itself. If it is wet while driving it could be from virtually anywhere as the wind driven rain will and can come in from anywhere.

Maybe I can stop by this weekend and we can look at it.

Without more info it's hard to say but I had a similar issue on the couch slideout in our Hideout. I had caulked and recaulked the metal trim along the bottom of the short slideout side to no avail. Several got people said that would never work, that I had to take the metal trim off, clean it all up, put new butyl along the trim and then recaulk. Since then I've had no leaks and no wet carpet!
