I just got a Tireminder A1A setup (with Rhino Booster). Haven't used it yet but looking forward to having good real-time data.

Well it isn't a cheap tire gauge but as the joke goes. "A auto mechanic is talking to a heart surgeon/doctor and says " I don't understand why you make so much more money then me? We both fix broken equipment for people !" and the doctor says "Try doing it while it's running !" LOL So try checking your tire pressure at 60 mph and you will appreciate the tire monitoring system. Also, one blown tire can cost you thousands !

I looked at it this way;
Would I rather pay $300 for a TPMS or $1000's for repairs to the trailer after a blown tire shreds it?
Cheap insurance IMO.

I like your surgeon doctor/mechanic joke except for the fact when a mechanic makes a mistake it comes back to him whereas a doctor surgeon can bury their mistake.

X2 on the TST507. No booster needed with a CC long bed truck & 40' 5er, user changeable batteries, have them on all 10 tires & have worked flawlessly for the last 5 years. Highly recommended.

The Tire Minder Smart TPMS comes with an extender so that shouldn't be a problem. It also alerts over the Bluetooth device and the phone app..

Guess I'll have to pay for a fancy tire gauge..
