Drinking water hose storage

Up till now we have been carrying 2 Camco 25' white drinking water hoses that are a pain to roll up so I bought a 25' Plastair coiled drinking water hose and have mounted it outside in a 4" tube on top of the rear bumper. I cut the tube to the length I wanted , glued a plug into the end and for the moment till it warms up it is taped in place. I used a expandable plug for the other end and cross drilled the bolt for a hitch pin.

That's a nice Mod/addon/alternative. Smart thinking and a great space saver. I will keep it in mind as a mod for sure.
Thanks for sharing.

Good idea, but, do you roll it up tight to fit in tubing? When you take it out is it tightly rolled and kinked? I'm trying to understand how this would be more practical.

Here's a link to the type of hose he used, I had to search it out as well to fully understand the concept

It is a coiled hose, some units use it for the outdoor shower.
