Holding tank heater switch
I need some help on this one. CW doesn't have a clue and Keystone wasn't any help either. Where is the on / off switch for the holding tank heating pads. I have a Cougar 29BHS. I called Keystone support and they confirmed through my vin # that I do have the pads. Keystone said there is a switch somewhere that turns the heating pads on and off. I have checked out the In Command system and could not find anything there. I have searched high and low for a switch with no luck. I am hoping someone here has the same TT or similar and can provide some help? In all reality maybe the TT system wasn't installed or maybe they forgot to add the switch! Thanks for any help you good folks can provide.

I have a Cougar 29BHS as well. Mine is a 2019 model. My switches are in the pass through storage area on the driver's side. Look in there and look to the left. My 29BHS has a 60 gallon fresh tank, two 30 gallon grey tanks, and one 30 gallon black tank. There are three switches on mine. They light up red when they are on. I can take a photo later if you need me to.

Hello! We have a 2021 Keystone Cougar 355FBS - we are trying to locate the on/off switches for our Thermaheat tank pads - can anyone help us?
We have been looking in the pass through storage, but so far no luck.

Oh, that's scary. There's no manual switch for the tank heaters? (Better not lose your phone or let your battery run down!)
Is your system inCommand? If so, you should also have a "semi-manual" switch for those tanks in the menus in the onboard display screen. Plus you can always open the big black "pod" in the storage area and work the actual switches by hand in an emergency. (You might want to familiarize yourself with the manual backup switches and where they are, well in advance of the "blackwater hitting the HVAC system!")

I'd make sure your In-Command panel is updated to your floorplan. If its on the mobile app it should be on the panel as the app "should" mirror the panel.

More than "should." The app downloads the floorplan from the rig. If the rig doesn't know about a feature, neither will the app. More likely the tank switch controls are in some DCM submenu he hasn't played with yet.
Assuming, again, that he actually has inCommand.

You will find the tank heater controls in the In-Command system. I believe its under "heater" or "tanks"

If this is the case then you need to update the floorplan for you unit in the In-Command system as it should be there.
There should also be a manual relay switch in the In-Command control panel located in your passthrough basement. If its labeled correctly there should be a physical switch for the tank heaters.
