Just saying Hello,
My factory mirrors pull out for trailer towing but, I do not know what the width is at that point. Do you know what I mean? Are those not enough widith for a 8.5 wide trailer. It is nice to hear that your tranny is OK. I blew out the 2nd gear cutchs, 1st rebuild, than blew out the front seal on that one. 3rd tranny was a custom build and it has lasted about 70,000 miles.

Welcome to the forum. I am interested in what a 395 is, who makes it? I have factor tow mirrors that are all electric which is great. In the past I had slide on tow mirrors which were good, liked them better than strap on mirrors. Good luck.
