Just signed the paperwork on a new Passport

Hi, we just signed the paperwork for our first travel trailer. Been tent camping my whole life. We bought a pop up 4 years ago;used the heck out of it. We decided to make the move to a travel trailer.

Towing it with a Ford F-150. We didn't need a brake controller or anything special before. Just ordered a class IV receiver, prodigy controller, and wiring harnesses from etrailer today.

Supposed to pick up the TT the middle of next month. Probably going to make reservations at a favorite state park for the day after we pick it up!

to the forum sander925, glad to have you with us, and congrats on your new Passport.
So much quicker & easier than a popup... you're gonna love it!

from Oklahoma. We went from to tent to passport last year. Won't take long to get spoiled! If you have all your gear piled up in one room ready to put it the trailer as soon as it gets home, you can leave right away.... Not that we did that or anything....

welcome

Upgrading from a popup... boy does that remind me of how my wife and I wound up in a 37 foot, 4 slide-out Keystone Everest!
We have made several "upgrades" over a 27 year period in order to get to this point. Wouldn't trade the experience for anything...

Enjoy and keep making memories

Guess I should have said the model. We are buying a 2510rb. We aren't going to know what to do with all the room. One of the biggest things we are looking forward to is being able to load and pack the camper instead of the tow vehicle. Then move it all into the camper at the campground.
