Weak floor around heat vent in 2010 Raptor Velocity 3812TS

My 2010 Raptor Velocity 3812TS Toy - hauler has very weak floor support in the main living area, near the floor heat vent. Each time that someone steps
in that area, the floor gives way dramatically enough that your first thought is that it is going to give way you.

Upon investigation, I discovered that Keystone had used a skill-saw type saw
to cut the heat duct opening. This caused all four corners to weaken. When I showed this to the dealer, his only answer was that there was nothing that he or Keystone would do about the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can fix this short of replacing the entire floor.

Yes. I had the same problem in my 2010 Outback fiver. I fixed it myself in about an hour without need to drop belly. I cut 1/2 plywood bracing for the underside of the floor inside the duct. Using a putty knife, I peeled up the linoleum, and drove in 1.5" deck screws to secure the floor and bracing together. It has been two years and it is still holding. I'm sure I did a better than the dealer would have under warranty.

If you look at one of my old threads in this forum, I provided details with a few photos on how I fixed the floor. I would put the link here, but can't on my phone.

Weak floor

I had the same problem with my Fuzion 405 Touring Edition II. My dealer took care of the problem under warranty.
