2012 2510rb awning issue

My Electric Awning will not retract , I open it this morning, Smells like the motor up in the fwd part of the tube has fried. It's Sunday can't get anyone on the Phone, Can not move trailer. So Monday morning I'll call the dealer. What make is the Awning?
I didn't get any paper work on it in my folder on delivery.
Is there a way to manual roll up?

There is a way to retract the awning, but cannot remember how. You can try this site to see if it is the correct one for your awning. www.dometicusa.com This is the manufacture that Keystone puts on most of their trailers.

I found out how to close the awning, On the fwd part of the tube there are two allen screws at the tip. It took two of us to roll it up by hand,Theres No strap to hold onto in the center of tube when rolling.Removed the two screws then rolled the tube in, we used two ladders to walk it in. Then realigned the screw holes and set the screws back in to lock it in place. Will be heading to CampingWorld this weekend to get the motor replaced. Thanks for the link.
