Laredo 291TG flip up kitchen counter

Hi, My Laredo 291TG does not have the flip up kitchen counter. Does yours? It should be part of the options, I want to see if they changed their options. thanks.

Flip Up counter.

Our counter has a 'flip' to reveal the stove; but it does not stay up. Dealer said Keystone stopped putting the bracket to keep the counter up due to failure. Maybe on your 291tg they just decided to not even put it on.

There is not one installed on my inside kitchen either.
DW was ok with this as she wondered how sturdy it was going to be.
I was ok with it as I informed her typically I/we cook outside anyways.

Come to think of it there is a full kitchen outside and that was why I bought the new trailer

flip up counter; in and out

I have a 2011 291TG and it does have the flip up counter inside. I bought the TT in July 2010. My outside kitchen counter doesn't stay up, but at an RV show in Rockford, IL, a Laredo there had the brackets. I contacted Keystone customer service and they shipped me two brackets.

Sounds like with the new front end, the flip up counter was dropped....early 2011 have them, late 2011 models do not.

Dropped

I have found any "TG" manufactured after October or November 2010 does not have the flip up counter. The usual tell-tale sign is if the counter has been 'rounded' it does not have the flip up.

If you look at the 2010 and early 2011 models; they do not have the angled out cabinet over the sink, and also the counter top has very straight sides; with only slightly rounded corners. The later 2011 model comes with a cabinet over the sink that angles out; and there are not striaght sides on the countertop. There is at the very least a visible radius along every long side, and the side where the flip up would have been, has been lenghtened slightly, and has a a sweeping rounded edge the whole way.

With the "flip" gone, the counter top is rounded & extended. Also there is a drawer where the flip used to be. This is much better!

Mine has no flip up counter top and no drawer. Where will the cutlery go? Outside kitchen I guess.
