A little help please

When I respond to a post and hit send a screen comes up telling me I have to log-in, even though I am. Once I log-in again I get a message telling Me I have sent the same message twice. Any thoughts??

I assume you are using Internet Explorer, if so, sign out, close your browser, (all Internet Explorer windows) then open IE, go to internet options, clear history and clear cookies, then sign back into the forum. Hopefully that will stop the issue.
