Cheap Foreign fittings

I have been a Engineering Tech for 20+ years, by the looks of these fittings they are being over tightened at the factory and are poor quility foreign fittings to begin with. If the fittings are leaking replace them with good quality Parker or Swageloc fittings. Also liquid teflon made by loctite works better than standard teflon tape. We just Purchased a new 381 Fuzion and my gas plumbing looks the same as yours only no leaks yet. Oh well just my 2cents hope it helps

My guess is the frame is manufactured seperately and plumbed with the gas lines. Then they put the frames outside in the elements till they are ready for the production line.

That and crappy fittings and poor installation.
