Bullet Premier 26BHPR

Does anyone have this particular model? If so what do you like and dislike about it most? Have you ever got a true loaded up hitch weight? Just thinking about this model for the future thanks

If no 26BHPR owners chime in, I'll give my own two cents since the 26BHPR is just a fancier version of my Passport. The arched ceiling is nice. More headroom is alway nicer.

I *love* the bunkhouse setup. No ladder included, though. Build your own. It tows great and is a great match for the SCREW. Even more so with an EcoBoost.

I don't like the relatively small grey water capacity. It's quite a challenge for a family of four when there's no sewer hookup. The Bullet has a single-basin kitchen sink. I like my two-basin sink.

Lightly loaded, my hitch weight is 590. Moderately loaded, mine is 6000. Given the dry weight of the Bullet, I'd say it's about 6500 moderately loaded. Hitch weight should be about 13%, so that would be about 850 lbs. Shift your trailer load to hit that target. What's the cargo capacity of your F150?

Hey Scott my payload is 1485. I should be fine then with the trailer just as long as I watch how much is put into the TV bed.

I see the 26BHPR is now listed as "Stock Only", so what the dealers have on there lots is the only option for this unit now. I'm a little surprised as there is now a pretty big size gap between the 22RBPR and the next size up 30RLPR. Maybe they have a 24 or a 27 footer in the works.

I have a 2013 26BHPR on the way to our dealer (had no idea that no more were being produced), but now I am curious about what the replacement will be. This unit is perfect for our needs. I am towing with a 2013 Silverado 1500 and have 1 kid. We are selling a 2011 Forest River Surveyor 192T Hybrid (only used 1 season). Can't wait. Last year was our first year camping and the wife "loves" it ! Needed a lareger unit with a Thermal Package !

Anyone know what the replacement unit will be ?

The Thermal Package, in my opinion is a marketing gimmick. I have a Premier 29RTPR and the underbelly is designed no different from the 2007 Keystone Outback that I no longer own. If the furnace is not on the water in the feed lines will freeze. This package does not make it a late fall/winter trailer.

I just picked up a 31BHPR, was sitting in it yesterday, it is a real nice looking trailer. I just hope it stands up like I believe it will, just love it, cannot wait to use it.

Gary...good luck with the new Premier. I love my trailer too. It is very comfortable for two people. Last fall, we tailgated up at Penn State with 6 of us staying in it and it was very comfortable. I find it to be a lot like my Outback...just bigger.
