If you think about the flow of the propane from the tanks in the trailer out to the appliances, you will see that it travels from the tanks into the regulator and then out to everything else. You've answered your own question as anything that has been regulated by the regulator is low pressure.
The only high pressure in the whole system is the line from the tanks to the regulator.
Most stand alone propane appliances like a gas grille have a regulator in their supply lines. If they are to be used via the quick connect on an RV, then that regulator needs to be removed. Thus the mod that one poster listed that removes the regulator from the supply line for the Coleman Road Trip Grille.
