2014 fusion 342 air cond problem

I read about the plug. Is the plug black or white with green harness? I had no loose plugs and if one of those plugs are for heat i'm in trouble. Thanks for your time kip

The heat strip on the garage a/c was part of the Monster Package. If you do not have the Monster Package, the heat strip is an option. If you open the cover and look all the way to the top, this is where the heat strip will be. It looks like this:http://www.campingworld.com/shopping....Mgr1KSCG.dpbs

If you don't have one, it can be added.

The heat element produces about 5000 BTU of heat. With the velocity of air moved by the A/C unit, it doesn't "feel" warm to the skin, but over a period of a couple hours, the inside temperature of the RV will increase significantly. Before you completely give up on it, try it for the "long haul" and you'll probably find the results to be satisfactory as a way to save propane in moderate temperatures and a way to augment the furnace on colder days.

Plugged mine in and used it for the first time last week. It did not blow hot by any means but did notice a difference over a couple hour period of a couple degrees. Not worth the noise IMO so i shut it down and just used a space heater back there.
