If you want true numbers pay NO attention to the RV dry weight, it means absolutely nothing to you or anyone else once it left the factory. Use the gross RV weight printed on the manufacturer tag on the drivers side front corner to figure pin/hitch weights, typically 10-15% for TTs, 20-25% for 5th wheels.
As for the truck, the max tow weight most likely will never be met, you'll exceed the payload long before that. Check the payload & axle weights on the yellow label on the drivers door jamb & compare to the above RV weights.
Truck payload is everything in/on the truck including the hitch, people, pets, tools/toolbox, coolers, etc.
The best way to know for sure is to head to the scales.
