I have a 2018 32RLI and the Black tank valve is closest to the front (hitch end) and the Gray is toward the rear by about 3 feet, up under the skirting. Both gray tanks empty at the same time using the rear valve. Valve color doesn't matter. I've had a trailer with three valves, all with black handles.

If the valve handles are color coded a previous owner painted them or it was totally a lucky unintentional factory install as I've NEVER had any handles on several rvs that were any color but black.

I guess I just have been extremely lucky on both of my trailers...

Both of my handles on my previous trailer were color coded and all three of my current one are. I guess I assumed all trailers were color coded, sorry!

The springy handle has been on the forum a couple of times. Chances are it is too long and flexing instead of solidly opening and closing the gate valve.

Both of mine are black on a 2018 32RLI. Depends on which box they opened in the morning, I guess. Things like valves get various answers. I learned that it doesn't matter what was or will be, as answers are all over the place. If you hint that the manufacturer should do a better job of marking or location of valves someone will say you are being unkind or attacking Keystone.

Grey tank valve is tucked up and under. So really have to look but be careful it will get you!
