Dexter Screen Door Slide

If you are talking about the piece you slide open for opening the screen door, another idea is to replace it with a piece of plexiglass. I can’t remember the thickness of it, but the piece I used I bought at Lowe’s. I will try attaching a picture of what I did. For the “grip”to open, I just attached a clear Command strip hook, if you zoom in on the photo you can see it. I also replace the rest of that area with the clear plexiglass. I wanted more of a “view”when the door is open.
