In Command problems

Our toyhauler In Command touchpad does not register any water in the freshwater tank or fuel in the generator tank or water in the grey tanks.
Every other function is good to go.
Anyone have this problem and the fix?

Have you tried to see if any of it shows up on your phone app?

Have you called the In Command help desk? Others on here have touted their helpfulness.

I will assume that you are referring to the tech number listed in the In Command manual. I plan to try that this Friday.
Thanks for the response.

Not sure if this is it, but on the keypad, there is an area for Setup or Menu. Make sure the tanks and any other info. you want displayed is clicked on. Then, these areas with levels will be viewed on the main screen. Just an idea.

Just curious! Are the tank level indicators on the In Command system as worthless as the ones with the lights on the panel? Or do they just read the same regardless of what's actually in the tanks like the others?
