Husky Tow Customer Service

Here's a shout out to Husky customer service. We purchased a Passport 2521RL in February, 2019 from a dealer 300 miles away. The dealer installed a Centerline TS WD hitch. This is the first WD hitch I have owned that does not depend on a friction bar for sway control. I was quite pleased with the performance of the hitch on the journey home. We loaded her up and went on our maiden voyage. I knew right away the hitch needed some adjustment. I broke out the manual and discovered the dealer did not install any adjustment washers nor shims per manufacturers specs. I called Husky, explained my situation and without asking, they are sending the parts and offered their expertise via a phone call once I get a chance to get the work done. Thank you Husky!

It is always good to hear good customer service. Thanks for sharing. I also own a Husky Centerline and love it. This my 1st trailer ( 3 yrs now ) and WDS so my experience is some what limited but have not had any issues on the interstate or the backroads. Enjoy many camping adventures.
