TireTech On TPMS

I purchased a TireTech On TPMS 3 years ago to use on our Cougar and never really got it to work correctly. Does anyone else have this brand of TPMS and have been successful in getting the sensors to align with the Monitor? I was able to get 1 or 2 to align but never more. Had installed Carlisles on the Cougar so never panicked over not getting it to work properly. Getting ready to take the Alpine on its first extended trip, it has the original "Provider" tires still on it so I would really like to get this TPMS working.
Thinking that I should align a sensor without having any others installed, removing that one and locating it out of range before installing the next one on the next tire to align, etc. any thoughts?

Edit: Searched forum on the Provider tires and found that they are deemed to be a pretty substantial tire but I would still like to get this TPMS to work.

I was able to get the system working. I did have to adjust the valve stem "valve" on one. Had to back it out slightly. I test the alarm by removing and installing the sensor. I had to change the battery on two of them this spring.
