Still Waiting

Well, my 301 RMP sat at the local Keystone dealer for two to three weeks and nothing happened. I had a trip planed so I picked up my unit with the understanding that I could return for the repair. I keep calling to schedule the warranty repair and they seem to be so busy with the sale of new units that they can't fit me in. So I am still waiting. Very Frustrated!
I think I need to call once a week.
Maybe I will sell the darn thing, to bad I like the unit but I don't like what I see on this site regarding service and warranty. It is appalling to see and hear what goes on in the RV industry, what will it take to wake these people up. They seem to keep selling units so I guess the don't care.

I have a very similar experience with 2009 Laredo BHS. Problems from day one. What I have found is that the dealer will say they have submitted pitures to Keystone and are waiting for response. Twice now they called me and said keystone will NOT authorize repair. So I call Keystone only to find out there were never pictures sent. What I currently doing to get water leak and fiberglass cracks fixed is I have taken my own pictures and sent them to Keystone and the dealer. You need to send pictures to [email protected]. Also send trailer VIN# and then follow up with phone to Keystone and dealer.
