Winterize our winterized Bullet

We bought our 2018 Keystone Bullet by Colt from dealer last November and it came winterized according to sticker. What does this entail when dealers do the winterize? Any tips suggestions on this particular trailer? (171RKCT). We traveled with our trailer last winter with no problems. A few weeks of freezing temps. Being newbies, were we just fortunate to dodge the bullet (no pun intended lol) using in winter or did the winterizing do it's job. Didn't consume the water but used facilities. Definitely need to get ready for the big freeze coming. Thanks in advance and pardon my rambling post
