Dehumidifier?

Does anyone use a dehumidifier in their camper? Any suggestions of type or model?

We use a HiSense unit we bought at Lowe's I believe. 35 pts. maybe? We use it in humid areas and love it. Extracts a lot more water than you would think.

We have a GE picked up at HD, runs 24/7/365 except like times like right now, as it is full and need to be emptied.
I will empty right after pressing post.

Whenever I have the camper home I run one. Leave it in all winter. Works great! No nasty smells. Stays nice and dry.

I have a 13 pint nearly silent dehumidifier. Bought it on Amazon. It's what they call desiccant dehumidifier, but not in the sense of desiccant you think. No noisy compressor. Output is warm dry air. Keeps the furnace from running as much. The brand name starts with "I" - I can't remember the exact name at this time. Great unit. ***** (5 stars IMO)

A word of caution on using these or Dryz-Air units. If the liquid created is spilled on any porous surface, that surface will never dry!
I had to rebuild a cabinet in our old 5er for this reason.
