Neighbor across the street has a 150 and tows a 5r. About a 26' or 28'. The back end of his truck does sag a bit when he's hooked up. I think his truck is a plain ol' F150. Someone said it earlier, but check your payload and also the pin weight of the 5r. If your payload is 1500lbs I'd make sure the pin weight was 10% to 20% less of that.
