Douglas Headwater in Sevierville TN? If so be aware that it is a TVA CG and has W/E and a dump station. It is not FHU but is quite nice. It is a beautiful setting right next to the dam. You are in for 4 very peaceful days.

Thanks Ken, I like sites a little more peaceful and rustic and like water front.
Not really a KOA guy.

I don't think any of the campgrounds inside the park have hook ups. Some have 5 amp hook ups for those needing medical devices, CPAP, etc.
I've been wrong before though.

That's what I found when looking at options in the mountains. I am not at Boondock level yet so I just looked at other options.
Last night I found out Douglas headwaters has no alcohol on site, grrrr , Not that I'm an Alcoholic, but I like some adult beverages throughout the day / night after driving is done for the day.
Now looking at Yarberry.

No one is going to say a thing about a discrete glass of wine or a beer at Douglas Headwaters as long as you don't get out of hand drunk. That is all that they care about is people getting out of hand partying and I can't blame them on that. Be discrete and keep it at your site and out of sight. You will be fine. Enjoy it there, it really is quite nice and not all that far removed from town if you care to venture out.

Mountain Stream in Marion NC is a great campground in the foothills of NC. Small (30 sites) all level. Owners reside onsite and are great
