That is a BIG and beautiful rig! We have a 360 which has similar specs. Towing with less than a 1 ton dually would be a bad decision in my opinion.

Nice rig

We just got a 381 with monster package two months ago. I tow with a 3500 Dodge Longhorn dully 6.7 die 800 FPT package. My hitch set up is a B&W turn over w/ 18K companion. We wanted to look at the 390 floor plan before we purchased ours but could not find one close enough. Sure you will have a great time in it this summer.

I purchased the 390. Currently pulling with the Dodge Ram 3500 dually. You definitely want a dually as stated earlier. We haven't had it out camping yet due to the weather, but I we've been able to get it loaded with our stuff and practiced loading my motorcycles which worked out great. The space in the garage supports two bikes and other gear with the ability to walk around everything. So far I'm very pleased. You'll love the 6 point auto-leveling hydraulic jacks.

Smile I agree that you will need a dully and W/ 8’ bed.

I agree that you will need a dully and W/ 8’ bed. When we received ours I didn't have a hitch yet so we had the dealer deliver it. They delivered it with a GMC 2500 diesel W/short bed and slider hitch. From my observations I would not want to tow with that set up all the time and the slider would be a pain. It made me nervous watching them place it in my driveway, as my house is on top of a hill and the drive way is very narrow. Some of the things we like about our 381 are the 6 point leveling system, the lighted awnings, 12 CF frig, and the garage. This is our first Toy Hauler and we love it. One thing I would change if I was going to use it when it was cold out is the windows. They have an option for double pain windows. We used it one night when it got down in the low 40s high 30s with the wind blowing and you could really feel a lot of cold air coming in around the shades. Hope this helps and good luck

I hope I don't have a problem finding a truck in my price range. I looked at the 2008 f-350 but have been told it won't pull a 390. I have a can am commander in the back so the weight will be up.
