Bedroom Heat Raptor 310TS

I have a 2014 Raptor 310TS. Bedroom has extra AC and appears that AC unit has heat also from the looks of the knobs on it which say low heat and high heat as well as low cool and high cool. Fan speeds work but no heat. Is it possible that the AC unit just doesn't have a heat element or is it just not working? Thanks

Yes, could be an option for that AC Unit that was not purchased, has the heating element in it but not connected, or as you mentioned is not working. Thought I had read in a previous post that the element can be seen if you drop the inside frame. I would assume if there is a connector there you can purchase an element and install it. Can get model number and check with vendor for further info on the heating element option. Vendor/model number? Could it be a heat pump?

There are a couple of possibilities. It probably does not have one. It is possible that it does, but it is unhooked. Open the cover and look towards the top. This is where the heat element will be located. It will be a thin piece of metal that zig-zags back and forth with a 2 wire plug hooked to it.

If it is there and unhooked, just plug it in. The other end should be right there.

Thanks all. Knowing now that its a possibility unit could come with or without element it seems easy enough to just pull, check, and go from there. Thanks again

I also have a 310. Mine came with a heat strip in the rear A/C only. It didn't originally work because the wiring was not hooked up. Easy fix. The front thermostat also controls the propane heater.
