Interior slide frame separation

We have a 2013 Outback 300rb. This unit has a 20 foot slide that includes the front bedroom. Noticed that the bottom of the frame has separated from the slide. Does anyone know what could have caused this? It seems like an easy fix but I would like to understand what caused it. Could it simply be bad roads? Misaligned slide? When the slide is all the way in it seals just fine. A large screw at the bottom was pulled out somehow. Appreciate any help.
