Tongue jack blowing fuses

Hey folks, my LCI power tongue is blowing fuses. Can't drop trailer. I checked youtube and all the LCI jacks have a nut like the stabilizer jacks. Of course mine doesn't, it's round and one flat side. Any tips?
TIA

Dan,

Here is a link to the Lippert manual; page 5 is the manual operation; it shows a tool that is used. Mine is hanging on the front wall of my pass through.

For some unknown reason there was a 20a fuse inserted into the fuse holder and it calls for a 30a fuse. Thanks again for the manual. Huge help.
