It might be a good place for cups, mugs, drinking glasses, etc. or get some acrylic trays or small baskets to hold items in to help organize a bit.

I put these in my cupboards - they really help organize all of the kitchen stuff, and hold more: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

We had a similar overhead cabinet in our Cougar. I borrowed an idea from another forum member and constructed a wall that divided the cabinet into two sections. Then added shelves on the living room side and a shelf with a spice rack on the kitchen side. Stained everything to a close as possible match. Our cabinet came with an almost useless Lazy Susan that we removed to make room for the dividing wall. If you search the forum you'll find the thread, complete with pictures.
added on edit: May not have posted the above mentioned mod. Of all the things I've lost...I miss my mind the most). I will try to add some photos.

I have been considering cutting it back to stop trying to modify it with my head or turning it into an L shaped on for better space access.
Good mod - there's certainly a lot of unused space in a huge cupboard!
Thanks for posting the pics. Cheers

Yep, put heavy liquor bottles in a high cabinet. Be sure to include red wine. Got the hat, T-shirt and merit badge on the red wine in our first 5th wheel back in 1997. Chris

LOL Many of us have that kind of "remembering what not to do"....
Seems funny to me, but the owner's manuals for every RV that I've seen in the past 10 years has reduced or completely omitted the "suggestions for packing" section.... Used to be, manufacturers suggested putting heavy items on the lower shelves (helps keep the CG lower and improve handling), but apparently that's no longer important, since they've "flipped the axles" to raise the trailer (and the CG) making the trailers even more "unstable in curves".... I suppose it's those "ST tires" that have eliminated the need to be concerned with trailer handling.....
Packing heavy items in upper cabinets ??? Nah, no longer a concern (but I can't figure out why not) .... YMMV

Awkward Shelf idea...
Have you thought about installing a roll-out shelf. That would allow easier access to the items in the very back.
