Access from under the rv

I have a 2011 Cougar 325srx we. The bottom of this rig is sealed nicely. I'm going to install a washer/dryer in the garage and need to access under the floor. I haven't been able to get down and take a good look yet, but I'm wondering if anyone has had to
"open up" the bottom of their unit?

Is there any plumbing present? If so then you shouldn't need to open the belly.

If there isn't, then adding a washer is going to be a major project.

I don't remember there being W/D prep in that unit. I believe Chuckster is correct when he says you have your work cut out for you.
