What is best for cleaning out my fresh water tank,so I can drink the water in it?

There are sanitizing kits, or you could use bleach. Whatever route you go, it will require a couple of flushes.

If I am remembering correctly from the Keystone manual, add a bleach/water solution-1/4 cup bleach to every 15 gallons of fresh water tank capacity-to your fresh water tank. Fill the tank completely and run all of the faucets, using the water pump, until you smell bleach coming out of the faucet. Start with the faucet closest to the water pump. Let that sit for at least six hours (I let it sit overnight). Drain the tank and refill with fresh water. Run all of the faucets until you no longer smell bleach. That’s it.

For my 60 gallon fresh water tank I add 1 cup of bleach to make the bleach/water solution.

As an aside, I've done this every year. My wife still won't drink the water out of the tank so we carry drinking/coffee water. Always tastes like plastic to her.

I let it sit in tank for 36 hours then drained it will fill it back up in about a week or so,thank you guys for info.
We just bought the trailer about 3 weeks ago,and I want the tank to be clean when we use it.
