Make sure the breakers on the GEN aren't tripped. transfer switch should be automatic, and some have a 120 sec delay. It's probably located in the basement behind the rear wall.

Do you have power when plugged into shore power?

you probably have a ONAN , open the generator compartment and remove the cover from the generator. On the left hand side of the generator you will see two 30 Amp breakers, make sure not tripped. Transfer switch is usually in the basement on the forward wall opposite side of the generator. Generator has priority so after starting generator and short delay you will hear it slam shut regardless if connected to shore power or not. Have had the mysterious single breaker trip

Generator runs but no power?

Well you were right, both breakers were off. There is a large Onan plug that looks like it rattled down on the breakers and triped them off, relocated the plug and good to go!

Thank you!!!!!!
