Mods and improvements I would have gladly paid for.

Three months after the RV purchase and things are starting to come along. Only thing remaining is a custom welded receiver hitch on the frame to carry along a couple of bikes and 2 more sets of BAL's Lock bars for the rear.

They all look great! I especially like the back splashes. I plan on making my own for the kitchen from real copper sheet metal.

Nice job!! 2 questions if you don't mind.
Where did you get the backsplash material and which TV / mount did you use? Been looking and the TV depth needs to pretty shallow. Was gonna switch main TV to bedroom and get a new one for living area. Thanks.

Great ideas. We may copy some. If I might ask, why two grab bars on the screen door?

Lowes (and Home Depot) sell peel and stick tile board: http://www.lowes.com/pd/Smart-Tiles-...-13-in/4747719 They were about $3.00 cheaper at Lowes so this is what I bought. Nice durable finish that wipes clean easily (vs the existing wall paper and press wood cabinetry).

The TV mount was very difficult as I only had under 4 inches of depth to play with before the pocket sliding doors would touch the front. This mount from Amazon https://amzn.com/B007Y4TV14 is only .58 inches in depth. The 32" TV needed to be 1080P as all the 720P TV's were too thick and I needed a 100x100 VESA mount. The TV depth was just about 3 inches. So I have a 1/4 inch to spare. I added a strap to secure the bottom edge of the TV to the wall during travel. It just so happens that the strap covers the bottom bezel and I never have to remove it. It's an Insignia brand TV sold by Best Buy.

Hope this helps.

The lower one is for our little ones to grab onto (otherwise they push directly on the screen). The top one for the big kids (the DW and I). I'm mitigating screen door failure!

Our second bathroom exterior door isn't opened as much but I still may add one. Could also be used as a second towel rack now that I think about it.

Made the purchase on Amazon. https://amzn.com/B004N026W8. I couldn't stand NOT knowing which direction the hot and cold water knobs are rotated when I was in the middle of a shower and a water temp needed to be changed. 6 times out with the trailer and I was scalded 6 times! Also, these valves are 1/4 turns so much more precise. And they just look better!

Did you have an issue replacing the bathroom faucet? I attempted and couldn't get it to detach from the sink / counter. Almost as if it was glued on

Should be very easy. All you need is a pair of simple pliers to loosen the pex fittings on the end of each water line. After the lines are disconnected from the faucet, there are two white locknuts on the underside of the sink that secure the entire faucet assembly. See part RP6183 in the pic below. You may need pliers to loosen them. You can then remove the faucet from above.

Very nice and practical. I made some of those same type of upgrades to our last camper. This one came with many of those items, so I guess I did pay for them....paid a lot for them!
