Suburban Hot Water Heater Issue

Hello- I have a ‘23 Cougar 29rli. My Suburban hot water heater worked fine on electric and propane until this trip. It seems to only warm the water, and then doesn’t fire up on gas or electric at all. When I switch from electric to gas via the iN·Command app, I hear a slight click, then nothing. I have plenty of propane and I’m on 50a service. When I set it to gas/electric, it fired right up. I’m not sure what the problem is. The hot water heater bypass is off, and winterization is also off. Any thoughts?

I found the issue. When I winterized, I left the outdoor shower hot/cold open.

Yep, that'll do it every time !!!!! At least you found it without calling a mobile RV repair service and paying big bucks or waiting 3 months for an appointment with your dealer's service department.....
