Chloroplast fastener removal?

What is the best way to get the fasteners off?
Have to pull 6 for this BAL spare tire mount. I am at the point where I want to take an oscillating cutter and just cut them then drill out and replace with screws

Just cut the heads off, put a socket or bit on the head and twist them off, any way you can. Then just go back with new self-tapping screws in a different location.

Multi tool takes too long, ask me how I know. I use a cordless die grinder and a cutoff wheel.

I use vice grips to turn them to loosen, then you can remove them like a nail with a claw hammer or other nail removers.

What everyone above said, but I’ll add that for those you cut the head off, punch the old one through the hole. Then I’ve gone back in the same hole with a 1/4” self tapper.

Took all day but I got it done There was an access pannel on the curb side that I used to attach the passenger side bracket I cut three fasteners on the street side and replaced with 1/4 inch self taping screws and washers. Will try to post pics later in the other thread. Got to throw some odds and ends in the Tumbleweed and head out for the weekend. Thank you all for the replys

Looks like the OP has this covered but for anyone else reading this thread, I found it pretty easy to use a 1/4" socket on my cordless screwdriver to spin them and back them out. They even look reusable but I replaced with self tappers. YMMV.
