LTE/WiFi prep - Canadian plan recommendations, or other uses?

Hey,
We just bought a 2022 Hideout that came with LTE/WiFi prep - so basically just the antenna on the roof.

Has anyone set theirs up with a router and a reasonably priced Canadian data plan? Maybe I just don't know enough about the process, but from what I'm seeing on the Keystone sites it's only offering AT&T (or maybe that's specific to the router type), and the prices don't seem worth it even for just 1-2gb.

In fact, rather than set up a new data plan, it'd be great if the antenna just boosted my phone's signal so I could just use my phone's data plan and a hotspot. This may be a stupid line of thought, but is there any device/adaptor that could do this?

Thanks,

If I understand your question correctly, it sounds like to me that you already have what you need? You'll need to connect your phone to the LTE/Wifi antenna that you already have installed. You should have received instructions (username/password) with your unit or it might be on the inside unit.

Not quite - there's no router or anything, just the wires. What I'm wondering is if there's any sort of adapter so that I could turn on my phone's hotspot and basically use the phone as a router (and benefit from the antenna for extra range) that other devices can connect to.

Do you want the router capability in order to hook up multiple things to the internet? For instance, a phone or two and a computer and maybe a BT radio that are located inside the camper? Or maybe outside, but close, to the camper.

If that's the case, you should be able to connect them all simultaneously through your LTE/wifi unit.

We just have a 3rd sim from Rogers that works perfectly with the winegard 360 and router.
