So E Rod ... my guess is these dont have the same screw hole pattern ... no big deal there but. ... do these fit into the hole cutout ... or butt up against the ceiling? I currently have the Birdseye 360° swivel ... like this picture. It's a 5 inch hole.

Those pictures are exactly what I replaced. They should fit in same hole as mine did. Only difference mine had a short ring on top so I used the silver duct tape to seal the gap in between.

E Rod ... I purchased a vent from eBay ... Can't wait to try it out. Thanks for your details.

I did find the supplier ... JR Products in Elkhart, IN. The part number is ACG25DPW-A Coolvent Deluxe Adjustable Ceiling Vent - 0.25" Collar Depth, Polar White

The 1.5 collar depth is ACG150DPW-A. On their website it says the hole cutout requirement is 4.75 inches.

Glad you sorted out my confusing responses ...lol. you will feel the difference. If you decide to add additional vents, place them closer to the a.c. unit . Use either
Your phone camera or an inspection camera and a measuring tape .You will feel the airflow much stronger. If you need to push more air further down you just close them.
We spend more time in the front living area so that's where i try to cool the most. If I need additional cooling throughout the unit, I turn the second a.c..
