Slide out problems??

We just purchased a 2019 keystone bullet, we got it home yesterday and we pulled the slide out to see how it worked, when we slid it back in we heard two loud pings and two of the screws were shaved off at the base and were on the floor. Needless to say I am very concerned about the keystone bullet. Please tell me how you feel about the slide out mechanism.

Can’t be certain, but I would suspect the screws were over torqued when installed. It needs to go back to the dealer for warranty repair and part of that should be close inspection of the rest of the screws.

Cable slides have been usd for quite a number of years and when properly installed/ serviced, can last a long time.
